  1. The product will come with a metal tag for its information which would be laser cut, however due to the lack of time I had to laser cut the information, I used a dremel and etched my information myself as cleanly as possible (it was very hard, I found going with the direction it was rotating gave me a better line quality).

The hinge is comprised by 5 tubes and two rods. The two outer tubes have a knotch cut out to attach to the main frame and a hole to weld the rod to the tube. The two inner tubes are to attach the back to the hinge which has a rod within the interior and the middle tube. The 2 rods are cut as short as possible to reduce weight and are attached by welding the rod to the interior of the tube using that hole (illustrated in the middle image).

Padding was added to the bottom to add comfort and protection whilst hard transparent stoppers were added on the back of the frame to protect the tubing from rubbing against each other.

The finish I used was a brushed finish by using a scotch bright pad. I found that by polishing along the tube provided a whiter finish whereas when going around the tube it provided a darker finish similar to gun metal which is what I opted to use due to the finish complementing the black leather upholstery.
